Automated Guided Vehicle System

Automated Guided Vehicle System uses multiple AGVs as its core, with a scheduling management system, traffic management system, charging system, and interfaces to upper systems. Together they form a complete intelligent logistics solution. The system includes multiple AGV types, an RCS scheduling system, automatic charging stations, a wireless communication network, and a traffic control system. Scheduling capacity supports more than 100 AGVs working together at the same time. Navigation supports mixed deployment of laser SLAM, QR code, magnetic strip, inertial navigation, and other methods. Task response time from issue to execution is less than 1 second. Standard API interfaces connect with WMS, MES, ERP, and other systems. The central scheduling system works as a traffic command center. It monitors all AGV status in real time, assigns tasks intelligently, plans optimal paths, and avoids traffic congestion. The system supports modular expansion, so AGV quantity can be increased as business volume grows.

When one vehicle is no longer enough, the limit is usually coordination rather than vehicle hardware. The scheduling layer decides task order, route choice, and charging time so that vehicles do not block each other. This system is used where many vehicles share the same floor and the material flow changes through the day.
