It handles cartons, bags, drums, bundles, and other forms. It can recognize and handle row, rotated, and interlocked stacking patterns. With a vision system, positioning accuracy can reach ±1mm. The control system runs independently and can connect with WCS and WMS. The system can work 24 hours without interruption, replacing the heavy labor of 2 to 4 workers. Depalletizing speed stays constant and is not affected by fatigue, which keeps a stable rhythm for production or inbound processes.
