Belt Conveyor System

Belt Conveyor System uses a belt as both the carrying and pulling part. It is built for smooth transport of unit goods such as boxes and bags. Running is stable and noise is low, which suits sites with high requirements on conveying stability. The system includes the drive unit, frame, conveyor belt, rollers or support plate, tension device, and electrical control system. Single point load is 50kg to 150kg and can be customized by belt material and width. Conveying speed is 0 to 60m/min with variable frequency adjustment. Belt materials include PVC, PU, rubber, silicone, Teflon, and metal mesh belt, with options for anti-static, oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and food grade. The system can handle inclined conveying from 0° to 30°, and some special belts can handle larger angles. It suits normal temperature, cleanroom, food grade, and anti-static environments and can integrate with WCS for start-stop, speed control, and linked control. The belt surface is flat and smooth with moderate friction, so goods do not slide or get damaged easily during transport.

Belt conveyors are used where goods are light and the surface must stay smooth, such as cartons, bags, and small parts. They are also chosen when the conveying line needs an incline, because the belt can be configured for slopes that roller conveyors cannot handle.
